Terms and Conditions for VIP Day Purchase Purchase

By purchasing this Insight Timer Success VIP Day (the “Product”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved.

1. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Product, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

•  Inability to access the Product due to technical issues.
•  Dissatisfaction with the content.
•  Change of mind or circumstances.

2. License and Intellectual Property

All materials included in the Product are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Morgan Balavage (“Owner”). By purchasing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You are not permitted to:

•  Share, reproduce, distribute, or resell the Product or any part of it.
•  Use the Product for any commercial or public purpose without prior written consent from the Owner.
•  Claim ownership of the content or materials in the Product.

3. Access and Delivery

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Product via the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your email is entered correctly.

The Owner is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect email information, spam filters, or other technical problems outside of the Owner’s control.

VIP Day Coaching Sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase date. Upon purchase, The Owner will email a calendar link to schedule both coaching sessions. If you do not receive this email, or cannot find a coaching time that works for your schedule within 30 days, please email [email protected]

4. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided “as is” without any guarantees or warranties. The Owner shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

6. Amendments

The Owner reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on https://coaching.splendid.yoga and will apply to all purchases made after the date of posting.
